Choose the pet to be transported; set the outbound / return direction, the pick-up & drop-off location on the map, and your caged/cageless preference.

Choose instant or scheduled, then confirm
Get going right away or pick a date up to 180 days ahead. Review your request one last time and confirm.

A driver is assigned and sets off
For instant requests the nearest online drivers are notified and the first to accept sets off; for scheduled ones a suitable driver accepts.

Live tracking and messaging
Follow the trip live on the map and chat with the driver right in the app.

Round-trip and payment
Your pet is transported safely and brought back with the same care. Payment is made after the service is completed.
